Hosted at the University of Minnesota, INED 2027 combines a central, accessible campus setting with the vibrant arts, culture and outdoor recreation of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St. Paul). Attendees are walking distance from lodging, dining and public transit, making it easy to connect and explore.
The Twin Cities offer a rich mix of arts, history, outdoor recreation and local food, with attractions that include the Mississippi Riverfront, the Stone Arch Bridge, Mill City Museum, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, world-class theaters and miles of parks, trails, and lakes.
Meaningful connections often develop outside of formal sessions, and INED 2027 will include opportunities for participants to build community through optional evening activities. These experiences are intended to provide space for conversation, networking, mentorship, and informal learning while introducing participants to the Twin Cities.
Evening offerings may include organized group outings, cultural experiences, local attractions, or other community-building activities designed to foster relationships and extend learning beyond the institute schedule.
Additional details will be announced as program planning progresses.
